Puma and Dapper Dan's Latest Collaboration
Who doesn’t love a collab between two icons? Puma and Dapper Dan continue their collaboration weaving together sportswear, luxury, and hip-hop. Their latest drop embodies the enchantment of Harlem’s legendary block parties, designs are for both men and women. This collaboration uses logos, and motifs, with nods to Dan’s love for high-end end monograms, the line range is centered around the tracksuit and a combination of B-boy uniform that was born and made popular in New York City. You can see in the PUMA T7 Tracksuit that the jacket and pants are both adorned with the pattern Dapper Dan and PUMA customized together.
For the men's category, you can find mesh shorts and graphic t-shirts, while for the women there are cropped polos, shorts, and a hooded summer jacket—all have the custom monogram-inspired pattern. This collection also provides a footwear offering in two different color ways — inspired by ‘60s and ‘70s football boots with an exaggerated tongue. This comes out just in time for the 50th anniversary of the PUMA Clyde, the sneaker created in collaboration with Walt “Clyde” Frazier, as well as the 40th anniversary of Dapper Dan’s original Harlem storage. The PUMA x Dapper Dan collaboration will be available starting September 16, 2023.
